What makes EVCR unique compared to other active wear brands?

From design to production, we do it all! We at EVCR have our very own plant in Ensenada, Mexico, where all the magic happens. Our design team is based in Los Angeles and our production happens in Mexico. Read more about our mission on our About Us page!

Where do you currently ship to? 

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!!

Please note that we do not currently ship to the following countries: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote d’Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Mexico, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

What is the cost of shipping?

We provide free domestic shipping on orders above $100, to all 50 states in the US. Resident shoppers outside of the US are subject to shipping + any and all duty fees.

What is the shipping time frame?

As we are located in Los Angeles, shipping time on the West Coast can be anywhere from 3-10 business days. East Coast shipping time could be anywhere from 3-14 business days. During COVID, all carriers are backed up, so we do appreciate your patience in advance. 

Express shipment must be placed before 2pm Pacific Time, If not it will get ship next business day

Resident shoppers outside of the US may choose their shipping options at checkout which will give you a time frame of when you should expect your packages to arrive.

*DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING* is totally worth it, wicked fast shipping. All International orders can take 3-9 business days.

Do you restock and when do new products come out?

Unfortunately, we do not restock our products because every print is LIMITED EDITION. However, we launch new prints monthly so stay tuned via our newsletter and Instagram (@EVCR) to keep yourself in the loop.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

As long as you email us before your order is sent out, we can still help you adjust: sizing, mailing address, and/or cancel your order.

If a wrong address is provided and the order has already been mailed out. Once the parcel is received back at our warehouse for wrong address or lack of information (ex: suite/apt #), we will deduct the shipping fee from the refund amount and process a refund for your order. Shipping fees will not be refunded for International Orders. 

What is your Return's Policy?

We have a 30 Day Returns Policy for USA based customers. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for more information.

What happens if something is missing from my order?

If your item arrives damaged or something is missing, please email evcr@evcr.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order #. 

What is the Route Package Protection at checkout?

Route protection is a third party platform we work with to ensure that you receive your package in a timely matter. Should your package get lost in transit and never show up, it's going to be a lifesaver. You have 15 days from the date that the package was marked delivered to file a claim with Route, where they will assist with lost, stolen, and damaged products in a few clicks. If it is outside that time frame, the insurance will no longer be applicable to your order. 

    What is the deal with Import Liabilities and Taxes for International Orders?

    Please note EVCR does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country.

    EVCR will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

    Under no circumstance will EVCR accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges.

    Due to COVID, shipping carriers are backed up. We will NOT offer any compensation for late deliveries. We will only make concessions if the parcel is returned to our warehouse. 

    Do you do exchanges?

    Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges. Should you wish to replace the item for a different style or color, you must place another order.

    How do I know which size to choose?

    Please view our Size Guide for help. Our leggings are true to size and we recommend going with the size that you usually wear. Need more help? Email our customer support evcr@evcr.com with your inquiry.

    Looking for a legging? Email us!

    The best way to identify a legging with us is if you can provide a photo, as the codes on the inside of the garment/legging doesn’t identify the print. Email evcr@evcr.com with your inquiry.
