30 Day Free Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return items free of charge within 30 days of receiving your purchase if you are located in the USA. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items purchased during a promotional period. To qualify for a merchandise refund, items must be returned in original, unused condition with original tagging.
We will not accept any items if: worn, washed, altered, snagged, ripped, stained, odors, or any other damages caused by the receiver.
**The first return/exchange will be completely free with shipping for USA CUSTOMERS ONLY. All INTERNATIONAL customers are subject to pay the shipping fees back to our warehouse, should you be interested in an exchange or refund. Any further exchanges thereafter, the customer will be held responsible for shipping fees.**
Return claim procedure
To facilitate the return of an item you’ve purchased from us, please follow the below steps:
1. Email [email protected] with ‘RA Request’ and your name as the subject of your email. You will also need to include the name on the order, your order number, the item(s) you are returning and the reason for return.
2. Upon receiving your RMA# from our customer care team, pack product with suitable packaging materials. Ensure that return includes merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials, and affix return label to your return.
3. Drop your return package off at any USPS, Fedex, or UPS shipping location depending on which carrier was used to deliver your order.
Upon receiving your RMA# from our customer care team, simply send your item(s) along with your completed returns form via a tracked method of postage, to:

*We are not responsible for lost returns. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from international and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
